Spa Service Etiquette
 
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appoitnment to ensure a complete service time.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Please keep in mind that last minute cancellations and no shows are affecting the livelihood of your esthetician.  If your plans change and you must cancel your spa appointment we ask that you do so 4 hours in advance so we can book other requests that couldn't get in due to the time slot being reserved.
Clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% per service.
 
Medical and Well Being
 
Prior to your first visit for facials, waxing, and body massage, it is required to complete a Universal Health Form. Health information is collected in order to promote a safe and healthy enviroment to assist in customized treatments to individual needs. Particularly if there are allegies or medical issues which could have certain contraindications for certain products or services.
Please advise us prior to any services of any medical conditions or concerns you may have.  


Product Return Policy

We will gladly accept unopened/unsued retail products for a full refund within 10 days of the purchase providing you return the item with proof of purchase.
